21. Employee References

All requests for references must be directed to Human Resources. No other manager, supervisor, or employee is authorized to release references for current or former employees.

22. Cellular Telephone Procedure
 

• Cellular telephones are not allowed in office. Please keep your cell phones in your car.
   
• Patient names may not be used due to confidentiality. You must use patient ID numbers or initials or code.
   
• For driving safety purposes, you must pull to the side of the road while talking on your cellular telephone.
   
• Please place you phone on vibrate when in the patients home. Check phone messages when finished with patient visit.
