23. Patient Rights
 

 All patients of Erwine Home Health and Hospice have a right to know who is coming and at what time. All staff must call the patients the day before with the time of arrival within one (1) hour. The patient must be notified if this time is to change. This is a State Regulation.

24. CPR Requirements
 

 All Clinical employees are required to be CPR Certified, before start of employment and yearly. This is your responsibility to provide this information to Human Resources.

25. License Requirements
 

Current Professional License must be kept on file at all times. Verification of Professional license and criminal check will be performed by Erwine Home Health and Hospice.

26. Physical
 

 Every employee is required to have a physical before start of employment. Written physical must be submitted to Human Resources before start of employment. Two-step TB (Mantoux preferred) is required prior to the start of employment. Please see Human Resources for information and proper forms to be completed by your physician.
