5. Off-Duty Use of Facilities

Employees are prohibited from remaining on premises or making use of Erwine Home Health and Hospice facilities while not on duty. Employees are expressly prohibited from using Erwine Home Health and Hospice facilities, property, or equipment for personal use.

6. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any area of Erwine Home Health and Hospice.

7. Solicitation and Distribution of Literature

In order to ensure efficient operation of the Erwine Home Health and Hospice’s business and to prevent disruption to employees, we have established a policy regarding control of solicitations and distribution of literature on Erwine’s property. Erwine Home Health and Hospice has enacted rules applicable to all employees governing solicitation, distribution of written material, and entry onto the premises and work areas. All employees are expected to comply strictly with these rules. Any employee who is in doubt concerning the application of following rules should consult with their supervisor.

No employee shall distribute or circulate any written or printed material in work areas during his or her working time or during the working time of the employee or employees at whom such activity is directed.

Under no circumstances will non-employees be permitted to solicit or to distribute written material for any purpose on Erwine Home Health and Hospice property.
