C. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION

 

1. Job Duties

Management will explain the job responsibilities and the performance standards expected of all employees. Job responsibilities may change at any time during employment with proper notification to the employee. From time to time, an employee may be asked to work on special projects, or to assist with other work necessary or important to the operation of the department or Erwine Home Health and Hospice. Cooperation and assistance in performing such additional work or supporting the work of other employees is expected.

Erwine Home Health and Hospice reserves the right, at any time, with or without notice, to alter or change job responsibilities, reassign or transfer job positions, or assign additional job responsibilities. A specific job description for an employee’s position will be given during the application process.

 

2. Time Tracking

Each employee will be instructed as to the method they are to use to track their daily time, either an automated time tracking system or a daily time sheet. The daily time sheet is used each pay period to make sure that each employee is properly paid for the time worked. Employees are responsible for accurately filling out their own time sheet.
