3. Disciplinary Actions

 

Step Two: Written Warning

If an employee’s performance does not improve, or if he or she is again in violation of any Erwine Home Health and Hospice practices, rules or standards of conduct, the manager will discuss the problem with him or her, emphasizing the seriousness of the issue and the need to immediately remedy the problem. The manager will advise the employee that he or she is now at the second formal level of disciplinary action. After the meeting, the manager will write a memo summarizing the discussion and his or her agreement to change. A copy of the memo will be placed in the employee’s personnel file. The Written Warning will remain
