Portable Erwine Equipment/Supplies:
Erwine may, from time to time, provide employees with portable equipment including, but not limited to, laptops, telephones, medical supplies, and medical equipment, such as devices to record blood pressure, heart measure (EKG), or other medical indicators. Employees are responsible for assuring that such equipment/supplies are not lost, stolen, or damaged while in their custody and/or control.
Similarly, such equipment/supplies must only be used for work-related purposes. All Erwine employees must report lost, stolen, damaged, or unclean equipment/supplies immediately to their supervisors.
Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment/supplies under the custody and/or control of any Erwine employee are the sole responsibility of that employee. Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment/supplies may be replaced by Erwine at current replacement cost and charged to the employee in the form of payroll deduction, either as a lump sum or in payment installments, at Erwine’s discretion.
