Personal Items:

Employees are strongly discouraged from maintaining personal items on Erwine premises. Erwine takes no responsibility whatsoever for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Terminated employees should remove any personal items at the time that they complete their last day of employment. Personal items left in the workplace are subject to disposal if not claimed at that time. Terminated employees are advised that they should have no expectation of privacy in any personal information left behind on email accounts, laptops, telephones, or any other devices capable of storing personal information, including anything capable of maintaining hard files.

 

Erwine Property Upon Termination:

Terminated employees are to return all equipment/supplies, portable or otherwise, belonging to Erwine no later than the final day of employment. Erwine reserves the right to deduct the replacement cost of non-returned equipment/supplies from any amounts owed to terminated employees in their final paychecks or to hold such funds until all such equipment/supplies belonging to Erwine are returned..
